Below, you will find various documents for the Comanche Trace Ranch Community Association, including your governing documents, fincancials, and various community policies. Understanding and abiding by these legal documents is vital to staying in good standing with your Association. 

Financials

The Comanche Trace Ranch Community Association is responsible for maintaining and improving the common areas of the community.  The Association is governed by six directors, three elected by the homeowners and three appointed by the developer.  An annual operating budget is prepared and published for members to review prior to the start of each fiscal year.
 
The Annual Financial Report is compiled by a Certified Public Accounting firm hired by the Board.
