Association Meetings

2026 MEETING SCHEDULE
The Comanche Trace Ranch Association Board of Directors meets quarterly. Official notices for meetings will be dispersed via email blast to all registered owners and in accordance with the guidelines set forth by Texas Property Code and the governing documents of CTRCA. The following dates are tentative and subject to change. Unless otherwise indicated in the official notice, meetings will take place per the schedule below:

Location: Clubhouse, 2nd Floor
4:00 pm – Executive Session between Management & Board
5:00 pm – Open Meeting Start Time

 
Quarter 1: Thursday, February 26, 2026
Quarter 2: Thursday, June 25, 2026
Annual Meeting: Thursday, September 24, 2026
Quarter 4: Thursday, December 3, 2026
