Architectural Committee
Architectural control of Comanche Trace Ranch is administered by an Architectural Review Committee composed of up to six (6) members. The objective of the Architectural Review Committee is to facilitate the design and construction of homes and their attendant landscaping in accordance with the community-wide standards.
The committee has up to 30 full days to make a decision on any application submitted. Fees may apply for certain types of projects.

Meeting Dates:
The Architectural Review Committee meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month.
