Architectural Documents

The committee has up to 30 full days to make a decision on any application submitted. Fees may apply for certain types of projects.

Design Review Process

- Select the type of review needed and pay the required fee
- Pre-design review (not required, only for design guidance)
- Courtesy review
- Standard full plan review Fee $500 for Preferred Builder, $3,500 for Non-Preferred
- Landscape Plan Review $250 Preferred Landscaper, $750 for Non-Preferred Landscaper
- Pool Plan Review $250 Preferred Pool Companies, $500 for Non-Preferred Pool Companies.
- Gather required documents
- Information Sheet
- Plans (Floor plan, exterior and roof plan, site plan, etc.)
- Material and color samples
- NOTE: Different reviews will require different plan requirements. Please review the application linked above for more detailed information.
- Complete the required Submittal Checklist
- Submit application, required documents, and checklist to the management team.
- ARC Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month. No special meetings will be called.
